Did you use a router? I have a Dremel, and I’m thinking of finding some way to use it as a dremel for upcoming projects…

The spoons I did in this post was carved with a dremel.

So with my dremel, I bought the flex shaft extension so it’s easier to hold it like a pen. I use it to maintain tools, sanding away rust, cutting stuck bolts.
But for creative projects, I use it to carve out spoon bowls. Also to carve some designs in wood.
Kutzall and Saburrtooth burrs are great for carving.

I used a compact trim router for the chamfered edge.
