This tiny piece of sand is a 2.4Ghz all in one filter/matching network.
2.4Ghz is the frequency of the Bluetooth (to name only one). This components match the emitter with the antenna, and filter the signal to remove anything that is not Bluetooth.
Those pictures are the bottom side of the chip, with a x40 zoom.
This thing replace a group of 8 components. And it's the size of only one of those components.
I find it pretty cool, but at the same time I really don't know how I could solder it.

This thing is a big Time saver for me because with it I don't need to try & error for days to perfectly tune the matching networks.
But it is so small that we have to use a different mounting process only for this dude.

Here is a non zoomed picture of it. I try to measure it with a banana but I lost the chips.
And now the banana is crunchy.
