Oh boy I hope the lady doesn't read the internet and find out all the things people are surely saying about her now. Can she sue everybody?

Maybe don't force choke your coworkers, Rooke...

Sounds like Rooke has zero chill, just like Darth Vader

Seriously? Aren't those just joke tests? I suppose that would make it a joke lawsuit... Who was sued by the way? The coworker who took the test on her behalf, or the people who created the test?

I mean I still side with the worker because workers never get enough wins.

I believe the whole office place was bullying an employee and they sued for harassment.

If an employee smells bad, you don't get to nickname them "Stinky Steve" at work.

It's not ok to walk into work where everyone is tittering, "I got Leia," or, "I'm R2D2!" and ask, "what's up?" only to be told, "We took a StarWars Personality Quiz. We did yours for you and you're Darth Vader....Hahahaha!"

I just don't get it, because it was taken by someone else so the results aren't even remotely accurate anyway even if the test itself was legit. I wouldn't get upset over that and would just point out that I wasn't the one who took it every time they brought it up.

The point is exactly that the other people used a formulated and shared opinion of the woman to antagonize her. They then perpetuated the Vader name in a derogatory manner AT work. It's like someone just deciding to say Steve in Marketing has a tiny dick, and that everyone should call him Tiny Dick... and then they do call Steve Tiny Dick every day at work. If you can't grasp what's going on then you're cooked.

Calling someone mean nicknames at work is wrong. It is not about the quality or accuracy of the nickname.
