Here is the finished case. The top half holds 208hp total plus one row of Intellijel 1u modules. The bottom half holds 208hp total with one row of pulp logic tiles.

The lasercut pieces from Ponoko. Each piece was beautifully cut and everything fit great.

Some more detail of the lasercutting from Ponoko.

Gluing the case together. I used a square and elmers wood glue.

One side of the case finished.

I had to cut out the hole for the Trogotronic power supply to fit. Top half still needs power but I dont have enough modules to start filling that up yet.

I reached out to Intellijel and bought the same case corners they use on their 7u cases.
