Update from my post https://imgur.com/gallery/rJ7lqvd. So when my battery was almost dead, after fully charging, when I swiped to open the app draw this image would appear for a literal micro second and I couldn't find any info what is was or why.
I thought I was going crazy I kept seeing this "dude with glasses" on my phone lol. I finally got a screen shot!
