Win 95 had 15 floppys.

Actually the file I found had 21. Instead of burning all 21 permanently I sat there with a laptop connected to a floppy drive burning each disk as I needed it switching between 2. I only kept the boot repair disks.

The release that our computer shop used had 23. Only the oldtimer would use the set, everyone else would borrow the shop CD. We also had to sometimes borrow the external CD-ROM drive for the older units that didn’t have their own.
