Fossil? I found it doing yardwork in the backyard. Eastern oregon is the location but i don't think it's from here.

They look extrusive, like a mud pit in a hot-spring, or mud volcano.

It does look like a Coprolite, if you have any other information IE age of rock or pictures of fossils found around it, it would be helpful
