Fractal Tree

Saw this on my morning walk today. The fractal patterns of the tree struck me by their distinctness. Made me think about life on this planet and how so many patterns repeat from the macro to the micro levels.

Writing goal is going alright. While on a different walk late at night, I was thinking about an older story that I'd abandoned 10+ years ago. A fox ran across my path that I'd seen in the same area before. I took it as a sign to work on that story instead.
