Ah ha. It didn't autoplay the first time and I thought it was a picture until I clicked on the number to see which one you were referring to. This is much funnier.
#10 I don't know what his condition is, but since he has camera placed like that I believe it's somewhat regular and he should absolutely not drive, like never.
Someone commented in reply to this that he had never passed out before. That camera is a type of dash cam so that you can prove you were not distracted etc. /gallery/tAqlHgw/comment/2465580231
All joking aside, this looks horrifying. This clearly isn't a normal driving too long and falling asleep situation. He looks like he fainted or had some kind of medical event here.
"I passed out unexpectedly for the first (and only) time on April 2nd, 2015 and went off the road... I always had the symptoms of Orthostatic Hypotension but never passed out before this. Many viewers reached out and said that they or loved ones have had similar experiences and also passed out while driving and they felt like this video helped shed light on what can happen. The symptoms I experienced were nausea, tunnel vision, ringing ears and severe dizziness." https://youtu.be/lssmh4GH188

And you say this without seeing the guy in the video? Only thing you are is an armchair doctor. An actual doctor would state his credentials and refrain from making a statement like you did. Also, it's been diagnosed by an actual doctor, as shown in the description of the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lssmh4GH188
So orthostatic hypotension is specifically low BP and fainting on standing - which he does describe having before in the years before the crash but isn't what happens in this video as doesn't go from sitting to standing - he's just driving when his BP drops.
He talks about always having low BP and being treated afterwards for a heart condition (but unfortunately doesn't give details) which was causing his low blood pressure.

The driver literally said he has orthostatic hypotension. He said so in the youtube video description. You really want to argue a doctors' diagnosis? Just don't.
1. Not in your parent comment: "#10 Orthostatic hypotension.". 2. It also wasn't in any other comment on this post. Now that I know what it is, I stand corrected, but you can't say a source buried in a comment somewhere is "more than enough" for me to know all the exact details of a 20 second gif.
Memes like these confuse me. Is it just for shock value? These aren't actual things people are getting off to right? Otherwise I'd be extremely concerned

Nope. That's low BP on standing. That looks like a narcolepsy. Or a really stupid stunt.

Orthostatic hypotension is specifically a drop on BP on standing causing loss of consciousness.

There are many other causes of loss of consciousness.

What? That's a drop in blood pressure when someone stands up after sitting or lying down. This is like... narcolepsy or something.
