3D Scanned my roommate with a handheld scanner I just purchased and was impressed with the detail. #3d_printing#3d_model

This is a model based on a photo not from a scan so it’s much more approximate and stylized. Made it too small for the lettering on the base to work.

Another model based on a photo but poor light in reference photo.

Apologies for selfie but this is what the scan looks like on computer when textured. Had some issues with the hair when first trying so wore a toque.

Preparing it to print as I was too impatient to scan full body

Final product

Cat Tax. Left - Right: Frankie, Gurt, Mona

Long time lurker. I got first printer a year ago and I need somewhere to vent my excitement about this hobby. I don’t really sell prints but I love making stuff.

Dog tax Phoebe (bonus Frankie)

This is a proper result.. Selfies are fine if they're this cool.

The Revopoint Range 2, I use Polycam for free on my phone but never had anything quite as good as this from the phone scanner.
