Gravity Falls S2 Ciphers - S2E20 - Part B

The end credits contain this image. This cipher is the very last cipher from the entire series.

We shall use themysteryofgravityfalls.com one last time to decode the cipher.

The first step is to decode the numbers using the "A1Z26" cipher.
The second step is passing the words generated from the end of the first step through the "Atbash Cipher" (flipping them).
The third step is passing the words generated from the end of the second step through the "Caesar Cipher" (-3).

When we do all of the above steps, we get this.
