Oh hello there friends,
I don't promise to keep posting these regularly but I'm trying to post dumps/clear shit off my phone ... Do anything instead of doom scrolling so much

My dream yard

Watch out for puppy teefs

Just losing my mind watching the slow, avoidable apocalypse my whole life

Puff puff pass, buddy

<3

The worst. Snacks are so stupid expensive now too for like 5 oz of chips

Very unsuspicious

.

we started getting into these in our early twenties and still have a couple, people would always talk about the woo stuff when they'd see them and I'd be like yeah that's bunk but they're pretty tho

My child has sensory seeking issues so he's just never not all over me and I try to be patient but it can be a lot

Girl you can do better

Hahahahaha

Me with my hypermobility problems

Fresh out I'm afraid

Who made this meme for me?

.

.

Clearly these memes are from last year lol

Triggered.

Hey we did other stuff too

This is actually just how I imagine Fantus. He is named after a firedrake

My husband has been recently playing this with our six year old and I just hear a lot of giggling

Man I LOVED these as a kid. The height of fashion

This is you @FuegoBPyre

God I miss when the climate was normal

You can also just be in a lot of pain and do them to help chill it out

Ope

Too hot for a child..?

.

.

Lamp gang!

What if I befriend a crow with my kid?

.

My mom was somewhere in between these two things

Hobbes would just left me on read

It's still funny honestly

No wonder it sucks

Yeah that tracks

.

Tacos are probably the meaning of life

Why's it so hard not to be mad at people for shit they did in dreams? I try not to ever let myself give in to it cuz that's not fair but yo, why'd your dream self gotta be that way?

Probably madder at the rate things are going

Come on it'll be fun.

Why can't our government figure this out

.

My sister calls it "peer reviewed"
Fantus scaring me running out on the ice but thankfully it held him lol

He wanted to eat all the snow

Hobbes doesn't like one flavor in the variety pack of cat food and we were out of everything else last night so he was VERY OFFENDED and made sure to let me know over and over how poorly he viewed the service.
EmptyWeird
Top notch dump op. Stole plenty.
lesbeanAda
#47 peer review is much better than diagnosis tbh, most of the guidelines for that are made in the way most medical stuff is done... almost exclusively centered around men and their experiences, it's why us women are so extremely under diagnosed, the guidelines are old as fuck and no one cares to update them either to actually consider how this stuff works in anyone but men.

#28 ain't that the fricking truth. Happy whenever I remember I have good capacities to understand a lot of science things and a natural curiosity that can juggle multiple complex subjects that interest me. Painfully aware every time that my understanding is surface level and that I become completely lost as soon as it comes to actually look into the hard science behind.

But he does not like it! 🧡

Sleep you say? 🤔

#12 I'm telling you, if you need a SOLID FUCKING GIMMICK for a channel "Prophetic ruby eyed snake armband" is a great one.

#35 At 10 yo, I used to camp outside with my 3 friends in a 2-man tent, set up on the side of the house without windows. Then we roamed the suburb until 5am, nicking rhubarb, apples, redcurrant, and other yummy treats from people's gardens.
Then we fell asleep, only to wake up severely dehydrated at 10am because the sun was blazing and turning our small tent into a sauna.
Parents checking up on us? Hell no, they were glad they got a night away from us.
idownvoteplottwist
Yeah I was out to 2am+ many times as a teen, and never heard a peep from my parents about it.
20 years later, and if I'm visiting they die of anxiety if I'm out without them past 8pm. They wanted to apple-airtag my car for my drive back to where I live.

#26 as Gen, I'm sorry to say I have seen huge, negative changes in the environment during my lifetime. Not just climate, but destruction. It really sucks.
Teaelf
#5 I'm not a chronic weedologist, but that kind of leaf is better in tea then smoked. And it makes for some shitty tea.
DaBaDoop
Poor baby Hobbes lol
GoldenStandardGarbage
#23 it’s absolutely a thing. Opened and operated a rage room. Absolutely cathartic
BenjyX55
#2 Eh, not enough natural water features. Where are the turtles and frogs supposed to live?
kaeldra
You're right! Let's start digging!
BenjyX55
If you build it, they will come.

#10 expecting a salt lamp to give health benefits is like expecting a lava lamp to do your taxes.
kaeldra
But but .. Negative ions or something
somnif
At least lava lamps can be used for encryption purposes (they make great random number generators).
RedTailedHawk
But which lamp will do my taxes?
EmptyWeird
A bankers lamp, of course.

#32 we call it "The Big Light" in my house. Once I messed up and asked for the big light off instead of closing the curtains and now the sun is "The Biggest Light"
kaeldra
Incredible.
thungoda
We warn everyone in the room before we use it.
Crimsnfox
A simple "I'm turning the light on" is all one really needs.
justaguyinthebackrow
It's so loud.

#4 I remember when everyone got together to phase out CFCs and fix the hole in the ozone layer. What the hell happened to people?
kaeldra
I dunno. Social media maybe? Disinformation pumped in by the truckload

#2 my yard is slowly being overtaken by moss. Grass still grows, so I still have to mow it, but it gets really annoying mowing 30-60% grass cover.
Don’t worry we have all kinds of flowers and gardens, several of which are teeming with bee friendly Flowers… or “weeds” as some would call them, but I enjoy how they look and they require zero maintenance.

#26 In my 20s, we would drive from SF to LA and have to wipe dead bugs off the front of the car when we stopped for gas. I'm 46. I never see dead bugs on my car anymore. We're in an insect apocalypse and it WILL cripple the food web, but no one is talking about it. It's hard to make people care about bugs! Climate change has progressed so far in my lifetime and we can't seem to convince people in charge to make it stop. Capitalism and corruption suck.
gobblinal
This is something I've noticed as well. I'm not sure if it's just that the mosquitoes and flies are no longer hanging out on the highways because there's no breeding puddles any more, but it's a NOTICABLE change within on lifetime.
CrepuscularCryomancer
#10 Honestly not sure why they spent so much effort advertising the 'woo' when the glow was *right there!*
(and if they *had* to tack on some "health" stuff they could have just made it about eyestrain reduction vs harsher/bluer light sources, like that frickin' ceiling light [shakes fist])
fearlessfloyd
#5 So, a party at your neighbor's place? Nice.
fallswinkingtothefloor
#4 only half? Optimistic

#10 Another often overlooked benefit of salt lamps is that they're delicious.
kaeldra
Mmmm salty

#23 My youngest has ASD and quite enjoys being a menace. We bought Goose Game as well as Goat Simulator and the number of crimes in our house has lessened and been transferred to the Playstation
