He has a Twitch channel and a logo for it. I adapted it into a decorative book-folding, so that he has a 3-D-logo made out of a (German) book. The edges of the book are NOT cut off, but instead every single page is folded in.
To really make it 3-D I did have to make incisions in a good part of the pages so that I could do multiple fold-ins per single page (up to 5 foldings on one page on some areas in the middle).
The book as such is still intact, no parts cut out, so that one could theoretically flatten out the foldings and still read it (it's Das Parfüm by Patrick Süskind, a thriller type book that is quite well-written. I don't suppose he'll attempt to read it though, so it didn't really matter much).
Also, I printed the logo in colour and glued it to the magnetic book marks (in the foreground, and one on the pages too

Some more colour print out of his logo glued to the book jacket (the initial jacket is on the reverse, so if he wanted the German book in his book shelf, he could still turn it around, although it takes up a little more space due to the folded pages)

View from front to make the logo more visible (it reads NGO, like NoGameOvers).
It's very hard to take pictures that do it justice. I've tried to show some pics of other foldings that I made to friends at home, and they only found it mildly amusing. When they actually came over and saw the book itself however, they liked it.
Because of the time-consuming making of this present, my parcel with all the gifts was sent in mid-december only and it took the not-so efficient postal delivery a full month to send it overseas.
It finally arrived in Canada recently, and my match wondered how this book-folding is even done (see nogameovers' post: https://imgur.com/gallery/4wCX3Bm).
So I promised to illustrate the Making-of, and tada, here we go: How to make a folded book !
IMPORTANT: read the full instructions first and make sure you understand each step/pretend to do so.
Otherwise you might start folding a book and find out along the way that you miscalculated the number of pages needed (see complex letters)

First, go to the book store/plunder your existing book stash for any suitable hardcover book.
Paperbacks might work too, but they will not stand up as easily.
The more colourful the cover, the better. And it also helps if it has many pages, otherwise the word/picture you are trying to fold will be smallish/not come out as clearly.

Then design the word that you wish to fold:
I chose the Imgur logo for illustration purposes. I could not find any proper information on the font that was used for it (or was too impatient to research properly), so I picked the one that I thought was closest to the logo.
I use paper with fine lines on it, the distance between the fine lines is about 6 lines/cm, that is about 15 lines/inch or so.
You can draw or print any design on that paper.
So I meddled around with the Imgur logo until it was in the font that I liked and the printout turned out big enough for a folding and I printed it out on the lined paper.
Excuse the bad quality, seems I need a new toner...

Take a note of the first page that you want to fold (here it's page 7)

Important step, do not skip: get all the feline help you can get
(pupper will do if you have a dog, however I've heard they tend to not interfere as obnoxiously and might simplify the Making-of too much then)

Check out the number of the last page of the book.
out of these, do your numbers and calculate how many pages you have all-in-all, and devide them up in some logical sort: how many letters does your word have/how wide are they (a M or W needs more space than a L) or if it is a picture, how complex it is
Make sure that you really took note of the LAST page of the book.
I once folded a book that was devided into Book 1 and Book 2 within one title, with new numbering starting afresh in the middle.
If I had paid attention to the thickness of the book and the surprisingly low number of pages, I could have noticed. But how much fun is logic when you try to rush into a new crafting project/adventure?
Blonde moments in life...
IMPORTANT: careful with complex letters (a,b,c,d,e,f,g,i,j,k,o, p,q,s,t,x,y,z), see further down
My match's logo was rather complex and needed incisions on some pages to make multiple foldings, but I will demonstrate the Making-of with just a word instead of a logo/jpg.
There's a lot of pictures, so I split the post up to simplifiy loading, so continue here:

@nogameovers, @icanonlygrowcactus. This is how I fold books, hope it's written in halfway decent English and makes sense somehow... ?
