So I made these things. Yes I know it says No Alkaline batteries and they are alkaline batteries in them, I like living on the edge! Correct voltage though, so half wrong and half right? Thingiverse make page: https://www.thingiverse.com/make:695358

Alkaline batteries are zinc manganese oxide and carbon though

They probably have the timing running exactly off the voltage, so if it gets low (or some rechargeables only do 1.25) it'll run slow.

Then a dumb customer will return it because "it's slow" when the dumb customer used the wrong battery.
