I tried to reach out to them that day but they left it on read and they haven't posted since March, reaching out in desperation.

If you check the user profile, they added to their favorites a celeryman post from 2 weeks ago. Whatever they're going through, hopefully they're working through it and not suffering through it. If not, well I know there's more than a few volunteers of the support group known as Imgur to listen. I need to re find that post with all the links to Reddit's and Discord servers, and keep sharing that.
