8 foot fence, cinderblock, coiled barb wire on top with harshly greenish yellow fluorescent lights at regular intervals to give it a nice, brutalist aesthetic. Make it 2 cinderblock layers deep and add bulwarks on the inner side to reinforce it against ramming, and have the harsh lights on top of the bulwarks.

Kill your lawn. Grow flora native to your area. Bees, butterflies, birbs... give them a home.
