Can you post a video with sound? That might help someone diagnose it. Maybe. I have no idea. Sorry.

Are just the blades squeaking or is it kinda wobbling where it connects to the ceiling? Might have to tighten that connection up a bit

Or it could just be loosely anchored. That's all I got though, hope it helps.
