Hello imgur. I need help with my kawasaki mc.
Noticed there was some grease on my bike. Cleaned it up and saw that there's a small leakage around one of the exhaust intake of the manifold.

Has any of you had this problem before? Can I just replace a gasket and is this easy to do, or is this a much more serious problem?
I tried tightening the nuts, but to no avail.

All help is appreciated

That just looks like assembly sealant. If it's not actually blowing exhaust gasses from the joint I wouldn't bother with it.

Thank you for replying. The leak I was talking about was exhaust gass

If you're talking about that black blob, that looks like sealant. An exhaust won't leak grease, or anything else unless something has gone majorly tits up.
Don't over torque steel studs in aluminium. Risk of cracking.

I'm sorry for bad explanation. The "blob" is spot welding. I meant it leaks exhaust gass

Remove exhaust header. Make sure the mating surface on head and the exhaust are flat. New gasket. [The copper ring thing]. Torque to spec [the washer will crush a certain amount when torqued correctly].
