I can't say I am proud of how I handled this situation. I always think if myself as someone who can handle conflict without escalation, but that was not the case. It devolved into a intense back and forth ending with him saying "this is why I am successful and people like you will always struggle with everything becuase you don't know when you are wrong and I know the truth"
I really did not see the night ending that way.
Edit: so thinking back, he was not referring to the "No Kings" protest. He was referring to the situation in LA with the protesters, the police, the deportations and the National Guard. I should have just gone to bed.
