I'm an amateur, recently purchased my first real camera and lens. Older second hand Canons.
Looking at a budget long lens from ebay for my Lake birds though.
I'm Australian and frugal. No way will I spend thousands on what I actually want! 😁

I use the 80D Canon I got a few Herons recently on the 70mm - 200mm L lens but was too much in the distance. The Canon EF-S 55-250mm is a good lens.
