Why the F is the doorbell in there? Anyway, taking the cabinet down isn’t a big deal, but the venting will be. Plus, the sides of the remaining cabinets might need work. Pretty big project.

Depends heavily on your definition of hard

It's not going to be easy. This looks like your standard face frame style cabinetry. If you/your remodeler doesn't know what they are doing, trying to remove that one cabinet will result in replacing all of the uppers on that wall.

You'll also have to get an HVAC guy in there to run ducting from a roof vent to the new range vent in your attic space. If you don't have your range connected to a vent leading outside, you're going to be venting your kitchen into your attic which will most likely result in lots of steam and condensation which will grow lots of mold and bacteria and other nastiness

You're going to have to relocate your door bell transformer and elect plug for the range, and then plan refinishing drywall. its a project

Medium DIY skill level.

Will likely end up needing a full repaint. Also, looks fairly old and hard to disassemble with lots of hidden screws

It's going to take some effort. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oy0APILB1cE

There are no small projects, just bad estimates.

No hard, but that hood would look out of place in that location...

Removing the old hood and cabinet is by far the easier task in this project.
