Hands only CPR has been around since before covid. No point in risking yourself as when we turn up in the ambulance we will have the equipment to oxygenate them.
Good chest compressions and shocking them with an AED (defib) is what counts!

If you have kids, teach them how to call 999/go to a trusted neighbour too to raise the alarm if you collapse/have need for help in an emergency.

They have taught rescue breathing for quite a while. They found it did help that much, & puts the rescuers in danger

It's not, having learned cpr over and over again from a young age in the scouts. The rules went from five rescue breaths fifteen compressions, to two and thirty, to just do the compressions and let someone take over when you get tired if possible.
