I hit something I normally didn't, and now the upvote/downvote comment things are highlighted, as well as 'top comments'.
Anyone know how to change this back?

You can opt-out of the New Design at the bottom-right when viewing your profile. Those colors and borders are related to an event. /gallery/pVVGBpS
