I found an old note from 2014 with a link to this image

Help me crack this.

I found a note I made 6 years ago (2014). And it goes like this:

It was made on Google Keep.

The comment referenced here seems to not exist, at least not anymore. Can someone somehow dig it up?I have so many questions. What do the numbers mean? What loop? How is any of that related to this image.
How drunk was I?
