Upvotes aren't broken, the downvotes are (at least with me, if I downvote, it turns into an upvote). Upvoting still remains an upvote.

Nope, I tried, the up(down)vote sticks. No downvotes today it seems (at least from me, dunno if everyone has the same effect going for aprol fools)
Update; my downvotes just changed into mehvotes. Nobody's getting downvotes today, just upvotes & mehvotes!
