Well there's another tame conservative Texas judge heard from. As a Texan I'm promoting this program:

Just go out and get a good paying job and stop being poor! (The Republican mantra)

Don't worry people! If this judge needs preventative care he will be just fine, he gets world class coverage through the state.

Because texas, that's why

Oh he's a contributor to the Federalist Society. No fucking surprise there.

This dude is bought & paid for.

Seriously, they should be the first ones to experience whatever law they’re doing for a few months. Then evolve to a pilot city program. Doing it to the whole country is like painting a whole wall and then realizing you don’t like that color.

Of course he's from Texas. I hope he gets the same coverage I get.

Preventative care saves money in the long run. The GOP is so busy owning the libs they can't be bothered to be fiscally responsible.

It's not saying they can't offer for free they say they don't have to. It is best to do it so most insurances will.

They’ve never been fiscally responsible, why start now?

but if the massive societal and literal costs from people being sick, underpaid and downtrodden don't exist, how can I blame the libs for ruining the economy!?!

So that's it? Just one federal judge can override national law that was passed by Congress and signed by the president?

Well that’s what Republicans are hoping for

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's called legislating from the bench. Republicans hate it unless they do it.

Not gonna bother reading the article to find out what level he's at, but...

Court of Appeals will have a hearing with 3 judges, then it can be appealed to have all the judges in the court has the case, then it can be appealed to SCotUS....

If any appeal is not heard then the decision stands

Ok. So who are you referring to then?

US senators and congressional representatives.

They do not have lifetime free healthcare. That is false. It's not even free when they are in congress, they have to pay premiums like you do for any other employer. It does help they make 174K a year to pay the premium.
