I'm solo developing a math based factory automation game called Number Machine and I challenged myself to never simply cut the camera and always animate every interaction in the game, including changing the level like you see here :)

Game is inspired by Opus Magnum and it's also familiar-ish to games like Factorio or Satisfactory. It includes numbers and some fun math mechanics.

Well done, seriously. I know why games use fade to black for a smooth transition between different scenes or bits of interface, but after a while it really gets annoying when it's frequent or boring when that's all they do
