I made this a long time ago, and lost it. Finally I can upload it for you guys.
It took forever to add the whole paragraph of text to the outside. The image is still not as smooth as I would like, but what can I do. The frames were drawn and rendered using XNA and then I compiled and optimized it in GIMP.

I made one years ago when GITS SAC first came out, I wasn't paying attention and the text wobbled cuz it wasn't centered properly. 1/2

I see it from time to time, and I know it's mine cuz of the wobble and I just laugh and shake my head.

I can't stand how Jittery mine is. I know its the low frame rate... but there are so many frames if you want the whole text on there.
