We've been slow cooking pork shoulder lately. Making a spicy by lean tender carnitas kind of meat. In these times it's an amazing money saver tastes 10x better than what we've had at resurants.

I have this. It's great for everything that need a lot of ingredients. It save space in kitchen and if used like on the package during the dinner. Also the kids are more eager to eat when they can just burrow a hand in corn.

Can't I just make tacos out of the pan and bags like normal..this dish confuses me it moves what if I go to get some salsa and it spins and I end up with nothing but lettuce in my taco..

I’m like this but with tools. The willpower to resist the impulse purchase when I see an interesting niche tool or the genuine enthusiasm of my wife over a new tool when I falter, keeps me grounded.
