I started my own business today!

I officially started my own business today as a web developer. I am NOCTI certified in the state of New York and have dedicated a decade and a half of my life to IT related fields. I try to hone in on front-end visual aesthetics and branding.

This is a real estate website I designed and developed by myself; logging nearly one hundred work-hours to prepare for our soft launch is this weekend.

This comes complete with a front-end user interface, and a user friendly back-end administrative panel for:

• adding, editing and deleting listings and rental properties
• news updates
• featured properties

I am Joel Hart, founder and owner of Hartsense. I specialize in Web Design and Development.

Honestly I just wanted to hear what you guys have to say about my design and such because, despite how critical I know imgurians can be (been one for 7 years), I do value your opinion.
