I think I Yoshi must've eaten a bad fruit or something

He turned into a floating charging chuck head and a hammer body, I called him The Chuck Hammer

It happened after Yoshi fell in a hole with a spring in his mouth after I hit one of those floating bubbles with enemies in them. When I beat the level without Yoshi I appeared on the map like this.
