4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

LOL, that is pretty funny. That which I cannot Jigsaw I can manually tear away!

Bosch makes parts for most large manufacturers, including substantial amounts of car parts for pretty much all big brands

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

T-Shank compatibility for the win! I love my Surge to bits.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The what of the Leatherman's what is a what of a what now?

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dropped my jigsaw against my calf with this same exact type blade, laid me open good.

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I mean you can put anything that fits on it...

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

wait til you find the fish scaler on the older models.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Perfect for field amputations.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ANY amount of attention to the product you're buying would've made that instantly clear. It's USP even. Couldn't fit a bit to hold the 1/

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 5

Eyeglass/sunglasses screwdriver though. Second thing I actually needed it to do.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Like a Bosch (their current slogan in Germany)

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was always losing the bits for this one. The 300 goes everywhere with me though.

Tangy

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For that specific model... Not all of them have the swappable blade.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Must be a Surge thing - my wave doesn't have a fitment like that.

Says it on the box... didn't read? lol

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

FYI they need the little hole in the end, a lot of jigsaws dont need that. I have bought blades for my surge only to get home and 1/2

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Realise there is no hole in the blade and the little locking bit of the leatherman wont sit right.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh great, now I need another leatherman.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been carrying a Leatherman since pretty much the past 35 years. Handy as all hell.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yep - and every bit of damage tells a story, of a task, a place, a time, and a need.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i wish I had the my original one it got stolen by my druggie brother. I've got a LM wave now. I keep it and a Gerber 400 in my truck

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Great post. Thank you

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Would that actually be Bosch?

4 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 1

Indeed it would...

4 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

TIL the leatherman also has a bread knife

4 years ago | Likes 163 Dislikes 0

That's for slicing rope and cords

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Electric carving knives are just lesbian jigsaws.

4 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

teeheehee. tang.

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

New word today? The tang is the pointy end of a file that can have a handled hammered onto it.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm aware. was pretending at being immature as it's also a slang term for pussy

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Lol.. I was wondering. Not a word for pussy that I've ever heard but there is always something to learn.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's a joke on That 70s Show where Kitty offers the crew some tang. So it's probably well over 50 years old

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have heard of poontang being called just poon, but never just tang.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a "call and response" kind of thing.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ah...now it all makes sense

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nice I gotta try that

4 years ago | Likes 180 Dislikes 0

As a Leatherman owner... holy shit.

4 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Yeah.. I dont think mine has removable tools

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I wonder if the leatherman wave has this option.....

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Obviously the reverse is also possible, you can put Leatherman blades and files in a jigsaw.

4 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

This might be a dumb question but you cant close it with that in right?

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

no

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The original blade has a hole in it and is a bit thicker. I took the tip of the new blade and cut a piece metal to go in with the lock.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The saw it comes with works surprisingly well

4 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Wait......put the file in the jigsaw.....TURBO FILE!

4 years ago | Likes 86 Dislikes 1

That is basically an old machine called a die filer. They used to be quite common in tool and die shops before wire EDM became so popular.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I did!! It worked too!

4 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 0

Post please.

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

The actual expression is... Put... Put your file in it

4 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Could not find the file. Is yoghurt ok?

Very useful sometimes. I can never figure out why there aren't more power-files out there.

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Belt sander.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I use my Dremel.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

usually a rotary tool for small jobs, angle grinder for larger. reciprocating with side pressure is harder to control. /2

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I've got both, but there are times when neither is appropriate. Or at least, I'd like a round metal file bit for my rotary tool.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

i have done it on a bench jigsaw but it was for detailing and polishing, just find what works
