I was today years old, when I learned that tapping fresh cookies on the counter, makes them immediately settle and look perfect.

I’ve found fresh cookies settle like this when they cool anyway, less noticeable bc it’s a passive change over time. But they look tasty

Eventhough there was no audio … why could I still hear the tapping? And why did it annoy me still?

Don’t agree with you, but I respect your opinion

I see you didn’t learn how to clean your oven and cookie sheet.

That oven was beyond help (I got a new one a few days after)! I cleaned after! Those are the best baking sheets I've ever owned.

That’s what everyone says when called out on their cleanliness.

No, it's pretty standard to wait until you're done cooking, to clean up.

Not the cleaning part, the “I got a new one days after” part.

Well then, I guess it's not just me!
