This is the housing for the electronics. The two spring ears hold an against the inside of the body while four hex screws hold the faceplate on the outside of the body.
The pot posts, tuner, and phase buttons.
The faceplate and control knobs. The knobs press fit over the pot shafts. I’m trying to track down the reason I’m not getting signal out of the guitar. It’s getting power because the tuner lights up, but plucking strings will not make it center on a pitch. There doesn’t appear to be any damage to the piezo, but I’m still in the midst of tear down and inspection. In my research, I discovered an old r/luthier thread that asked how to remove the preamp, and I hate finding unanswered forum posts, so these pics are going to get linked there to help anyone out with this specific problem :-)
