I don't know. I'm just wondering why SO MANY of the images on desktop are vertically stretched. If you "open image in new tab" the image is fine, so it's imgur failing to display the image properly. Happens to all file types as far as I can tell, but not videos.

Hey @OP we had some issues processing new videos last night so they displayed as this until processing was completed around the same time they made it out of user sub. That problem has since been resolved so they process swiftly once more and we are monitoring it from here :)

Also maybe when I click a video to scrub it, it shouldn’t automatically turn on the volume.

I've been having issues for weeks uploading any clips approaching the 1:00 limit, and sometimes even 0:30 ones. Can you shed any light on the situation as it relates to that issue?

@MartynMage Just tried again several times. It knocks out frequently between the 11-99% range. My best result for the 1:00 clip was for it to load to 100% and stall out, refusing to complete the upload despite appearing that it was still working. I've virtually given up trying to upload anything but GIFs and images the last 1+ month(s).

If you're looking at a post with multiple images / videos, having to scroll all the way to the bottom of a video to unmute it while it's already playing is problematic

You confidently state that like videos are somehow much taller than the screen. I've actually had more issues getting videos from above to stop playing or mute when scrolling through a dump and a mute button at the bottom is much more functional for that. That's also where the play bar is and typically where "mute" is on every other video platform.

No but you have to scroll to the bottom of it to unmute it and it's already playing by then. When it was at the top, you could unmute before it started. It's purely a downgrade.
