I'm so excited and I just can't hide it!
My wife and I just bought our first home. We are moving from a 1000 sq. ft. rental to this 2700 sq. ft home. It isn't much, but we are looking forward to the big yard and the majestic oak out back.

YES! My old house has no grass because the trees do not let sunshine in. Bugs and mosquitoes, sure, but no sun.
