That's RJ-11, a phone jack. It's not worth the trouble.

No, only four pins. It could be if the wire is 8 twisted pair. Looking at it I’d say it would be cat 3 max but for LAN that would be ok

Pull off the cover, if the colors are red/green black/yellow, a definite nope. Given the age of that rj11 jack I'd say don't bother.
