I was going to take a break from Imgur, but this was so cool.

I hope you smile or crack a mental smirk today, from this or an unrelated thing - even if only a brief moment.

Cheers!!

I've heard the dot drives them insane almost immediately and that you have an insane cat forever if you deploy the dot, but that the behavior of insane cats is indistinguishable from that of regular ones.

Man that is super cool, but I am pretty sure with lasers that powerful, they are not allowed to sweep the crowd for the risk of getting blinded is real. I wonder what laser head they are using

Yeah, that's honestly my concern as well, they're way too high power, and they look 532nm that can have all sorts of IR leakage, especially for the handheld lasers.

This might be in a country where blinding people with lasers is perhaps frowned upon but not subject to official regulation.

How does this work?

Expert choreography and precision laser work. He doesn't actually grab the laser. He just puts his hand where he knows its going to be to create the illusion.

Also has gloves on with lasers that point in opposing directions that he can turn on to simulate grabbing the beam from above.

Aye there's the rub. Pretty clever idea.
