The original was just a video of a head coming out of a toilet and singing a song, made in Source Filmmaker. Several more similar followed and started to sneak in an almost eldritch horror theme, turning into a sci-fi series of the toilet people invading earth and fighting people with cameras and boomboxes for heads. It was kind of interesting seeing a shitpost suddenly get all of this effort to change it into something else, but I have no idea why kids flocked to it and went bananas over it.
