I've been working hard for a while now, when does the playing hard part start?

Whenever I ask about turnover in an interview and get this response I know what the real answer is. Another common phrase I'll hear is "we just expect people to work when they are at work". Usually it means the owner or boss is a micromanager and anything they perceive as not working will be marked against you.

I have such an awesome employer! Today I got paid to play MarioKart, take a nap, take a phone call from a friend and write one line of code.
