Jartex Network AFK kick bug

Issue: So I AFK over night to help mobs gather and for my farms to collect loot. Half of the nights I AFK I will be kicked for "you have been kicked for idling more than 10 minutes.", even though I have SkyLord rank that says I should have "The ability to AFK without being kicked".

Things tried: I've tried AFK pools, /afk when on ground, and floating(/fly) and /afk at the same time. None of these have helped prevent me from being kicked.
