Except he's a commentator, not a new's reporter. Thats what all the "anchors" on FOX, CNN, MSNBC are. They aren't news, they're commentators

But it doesn'y say "Fox Commentary" on the screen. It clearly says "News". It is marketed as news.

They have new's programs on during a good portion of the day. And their website has news, but O'Reily is a political commentator.

Then why do they leave the "Fox NEWS" icon on the screen during his show? Because they know people will see it and assume this is the news.
