Steven is a murderer. Adnan is innocent.

The show left out a ton of damning evidence against Avery, easy to find online if you search "what making a murderer left out," but I won't post any spoilers. If you haven't seen it, go check it out and make up your own mind before you downvote this post to hell.

**I'm not saying the police should not be investigated, they made a ton of mistakes and I'm thinking they really did plant some evidence to make the conviction more likely. If that is true, Avery should not be in prison. But that doesn't change the fact that there was a lot of genuine evidence to convince me that Avery really killed Halbach.

If you don't know already, Adnan in the title is Adnan Syed from the Podcast "Serial" which in my opinion is definitely worth listening to. Much more convoluted and interesting case than Avery's.

I don't think the evidence they left out of the show changes the story or my opinion at all. 1/?

When the TV crew asked him about her before his arrest, he seemed pretty ducking guilty.

If you watched The Daily Show (1/18/16) you would then know that the documentary wasn't about Steve Avery but about...

the corruption of our justice system. It just turned out that Avery was sensationalized by the atrocities he faced in his first trial.

I hadn't watched it, but I will now. I agree actually, but none the less, a lot of people feel Avery is innocent due to the show.

Well predictably, this is getting downvoted but not a single person is commenting to make a case for why he's innocent.

You're not making a case either, just "google it for yourself."

Theres a lot of different articles about it, I considered posting the one I saw first but figured I'd rather not bias. Fuck it, I'll post.

Your bias is evidenced by the statement "Steven is a murderer."

Let's go through your article here: #9 though it may be true, it is not evidence in the case. #8 is hearsay, at best, not evidence. 1/

/2 #7 is an assertion by the prosecutor, not evidence & was not admitted by the judge in the case. #6 is an assertion & the van belonged 2/

/3 Avery's sister, so it makes sense to use her name. #5 is evidence of stalking, not murder. #4 is not evidence, even according to this 3/

DNA under hood, and established prior connection and Halbach's belongings found on Avery property. Not sure that amounts to a "Ton"

What about the call record from blocked numbers to her phone the day of? What about the dna from bullets fired from his gun? Theres more...

1. why keep the car in one piece when he had a car crusher on site

possibly because he's an idiot or just hadn't had a chance yet. But I don't know. Its a good question.

2. in the trunk of the car the blood spatter showed that a body had been moved in the vehicle, why put in the car if he killed on site

3. one of the officers reported car to dispatch days before it was "found"

4. no DNA evidence at all in the trailer that she was supposedly killed in, nothing at all

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Also a good question. Maybe he killed her offsite and not on site. Don't think this means HE didn't kill her.

don't get me wrong, the guy is no saint.. but the way they try to pin it all on him is crazy
