Literally the new build has pinned to the start menu first to get pin to taskbar or new windows 11 show more options what I call right-click options with extra steps.

I just realized I left out the s in steps oh well too late now.

I always give the new windows a year or so for everyone to figure out how to strip out all the garbage before I give it a shot.

I know what you mean that was a big rule of mine for years tell windows 10.

I only went to ten a year after 7 ended extended support. It's so tuned now that I doubt Satya would recognise it.

How often do you pin anything to the task bar? Surely once for your 5-10 most-used apps, and then never again?

applications I'm using the most and that depends but Firefox Google Chrome and games I am playing it's a feature I gotten used to since win7

I see your point. But with the right click more options seems like needs to change something. I use 7zip it's going to get really annoying.
