Due to the x-flow radiators and the continous stepping down of watercooled parts, draining is so easy compared to anything I have made and seen so far. Just open the drain under the case and the port on the top radiator and it´s empty.

Why on earth did you think you needed 9 fans to help dissipate that heat?

Because I want it as silent as possible and the speed is depending on water temperature. Fans are hardly running if I am not gaming

I ran a 350 watt card (HD7990) on a single 120mm radiator. At full load it was practically quiet from 1 meter away. You don't need *9* fans.

Yeah, you also don´t need watercooling. But it´s fun
