Banana for scale

I start with a 12x18 piece of paper, cut it into two 6x18 sections, then mark those sections up into 1.5" strips. I cut 2 inches off the top of one of the sections to use as the center piece

Here's all the strips cut up

Fold the strips in half

Twist the strips and glue together at the halfway point

Stack the twisted strips and glue together

Outer and inner nests

Voila! JumBow. Measures about 8" wide.
