I’d prefer the creme to stick fully to one side so I can make a giant Oreo with 10 or 12 layers of intact creme.
I do the same with peanut butter sandwich cookies, Pitter Patters being the preferred brand over Nutter Butters, at least as far as ease of separation goes.
