I was thinking what would be a good tribute post for technology, and MIT was the first thing that came to mind. This amazing school has produced not only amazing people, but amazing inventions as well. MIT has undoubtedly cemented itself in the technology hall of fame.
To start, we have a beautiful aerial photo of MIT's campus. It's huge!

Next, a reverse photo of the one above. This time giving us a great view of the historic Charles River! MIT students are lucky to have such a gorgeous view everyday.

Last but surely not least, the amazing and incredibly unique design of the CSAIL Laboratory Building. It's such an innovative architectural design.
If you'd like, you can see a pretty neat 360 degree view of the CSAIL Building that MIT created for the website: https://www.csail.mit.edu/

MIT is also the originator and definer of that universal length of measurement, the Smoot.

Yes! The 100 Smoots spray paint mark at the Charles River on the Harvard Bridge in 2019 was pretty funny to see.

The Smoot is a perfectly acceptable unit of measurement at MIT. Even the Boston PD uses it to define locations on the bridge.
The ultimate in geekery is measuring velocity in Smoots/fortnight

I work for a startup that started at MIT. My coworkers are some of the smartest and kindest people I've ever met. I wouldn't pick anywhere else to be.

Not surprising, MIT produces amazing graduates. I have friends that attended MIT and they're all really laid back and down to earth people. They usually don't have the "Harvard stigma".

Can't fool me, that's the Commonwealth Institute of Technology.

Not gonna lie, Fallout 4 gave us a pretty cool idea/look as to what MIT might look like in an apocalyptic scenario lol.
