Modular Modules

First layout sample for the new modular city concept.

This still needs the bike lanes, two trees, a coffee shop, and the traffic lights (one lane for going left, on for straight and right, and pedestrian traffic lights).

But it is a start. Four of these, four of these mirrored, and four that are just straight will form the core of the city, displaying the modular CC-houses.

MOCs will go on the outer modules, as well as the train tracks.
