i tried to mark the holes by bleeding sharpie through the paper. it didn't work very well, and i ended up using a nail as a punch.

also, you can see the stencils/masks i used to trace the eyes after i gave up on drawing entirely. he only has two features--a set of conjoined eyes over a pentagonal mouth--and it took me *forever* to get him to look like Mr Hankey, Charming Turd and not Mr Hankey, Render of Flesh from Bone
